A list of profiles which we need to create with "official" information about past award winners. Some of these people are deceased, but some are living members with no photo, etc. Includes only Shannon/Wyner winners. Bios for paper award winners can come later.

Perhaps we should proceed in the following manner : 

• For those people who are deceased we locate an official biography/obituary and create a profile from that information.  Getting a photo and the rights to that might have to be negotiated with IEEE?
• For those who are alive and are not maintaining their profile, we email them a proposed biosketch and photo based on the citation from their award and then ask them to approve it.
• For those who are alive and are maintaining their profile, we leave it alone unless they don't have a photo, in which case we locate a photo and suggest it to them.
