New Members of the Board of Governors

IEEE announced that the official tally of ballot responses has been received and the following nominees have been elected for the term ending December 31, 1999:

• Victor Keh-Wei Wei

Since the current membership on the Board of Governors has adequate international representation as specified in the Bylaws, the election of additional regional members was not required.
