with the cooperation of the  Moscow  Chapter  Information  Theory
Society of IEEE will hold an

                    International Conference

        DISTRIBUTED  COMPUTER  COMMUNICATION  NETWORKS (DCCN'96)
                       (Theory and Applications)

                   October 28 - November 1, 1996

Main Topics for the Conference include, but are not limited to:
         Performance Evaluation Models of the Computer Networks
         Computer Networks Architecture
         Computer Communication Networks Planning
         Protocol Theory, ISDN and Intellegent Networks
         Queueing Systems: Theory and Applications
         Management and Control of the Information Networks
