Nominations are sought for the 1994 IT Society Paper Award.  Any
outstanding publication in the field of interest of the Society
appearing anywhere during the preceding two calendar years (1992-1993)
may be nominated.  Nominations should consist of a complete citation
for the publication, a brief description of the contribution of the
paper, and a statement indicating why the paper deserves the award.
