Information for Authors and Reviewers
Information for authors wishing to submit papers to the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory and for reviewers.
The IEEE Transactions on Information Theory uses the Pareja system for handling paper submissions and reviews received before the end of 2009. Starting in early 2010, all new submissions will be processed through ScholarOne Manuscripts (formerly Manuscript Central). The Information Theory society endorses the posting of preprints on the ArXiV server.
