Biography:

Rajiv Soundararajan completed his bachelors at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India in 2006 and got his masters at The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. He is currently pursuing his PhD in electrical engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include multiterminal rate distortion theory, joint source channel coding and statistical image and video processing.
