To authors of revised papers for IEEE Transactions on Information Theory

A revision of your paper has been requested by an Associate Editor. To facilitate review and avoid delay, you will need to provide the following items.

2. Response. A response to the reviewers comments as either a PostScript, PDF or ASCII file. The file should also be printable on US letter size (8.5inx11in) paper.
